BEM, USA – BPMI inaugural Lean Green Belt Graduation

Inaugural Lean Green Belt Graduation of Lean BPMI and BEM, USA was held at The Covanro hotel on 12th September 2020.

We are proud to certify these qualified Lean Practitioners with extensive knowledge and 16 competencies in Lean manufacturing and process improvement practices.

Training program was designed to equip Green Belts with the most important Lean management principles, methods and tools whilst grooming them to understand the attitude and behavioral change required to be successful at business process improvement initiatives and projects.

Program also covered some important Industrial Engineering topics such as Yamazumi, Line Balancing, layouts, Ergonomics, workplace arrangement and Motion study principles.
We are honored to have Award winning Actor/Model Hemal Ranasinghe as our Chief Guest for the occasion along with Mr. Indika Bandara Manager – Nations Trust Bank who shared his expertise in his Guest speech on “Lean in service oriented organizations”
