Sajith is a certified Lean Master Black Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing system, Lean implementation and Lean culture development. He is also a certified TPM practitioner. He is a seasoned Industrial Engineering personal with more than 15 yearsexperience in the manufacturing field.
Sajith has hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies along with exposure to Toyota manufacturing system through their on-site training sessions. He has worked with Gokaldas Images – India, Brandix Apparel India, Brandix Apparel solutions – SL and Courtaulds Trading Company – SL.
Sajith’s subject matter expertise combined with his tremendous ability to keep high student involvement has helped many professionals to develop their knowledge and skills in Lean Manufacturing, Process improvement and Industrial Engineering subjects.
Sajith is the senior instructor at Lean BPMI, Sri Lanka and He is a certified trainer for BEM, USA. He has conducted many internal trainings for Gokaldas, Brandix and Courtaulds management members. He also contributes to Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel (SLITA) as a visiting lecturer.
Greg Wooten

Greg Wooten has an extensive background and experience as a Lean Practitioner. With over 23 years of lean enterprise implementation and operational experience Greg develops relationships and calmness through this change process
Greg began his lean journey as a liaison between Nissan Motor Corporation North America and Calsonic Kansia (Nissan’s largest tier one supplier). In this position, Greg had a personal mentorship with a lean sensei from Japan for eight years.
Greg also studied Lean Principles in the United States and Japan with the originators of the Toyota Production System.
